Support Workers

The work is about enabling people to do ordinary things that we all take for granted: achieving goals, paying bills, cooking meals, making friends, learning new skills, keeping in touch with family or having hobbies. The complexities and challenges of individuals needs can mean that extraordinary efforts are required to achieve an ordinary life.

We have vacancies for full time and casual Support Workers who will assist adults with a learning disability to live an ordinary life in the community.

We offer excellent training and development opportunities, enhanced pay for qualified staff, flexible working arrangements and regular supervision.

Candidates with the right values but without relevant training and/or experience can apply.
